Hi-Vol Products is a world-class innovator of specialized cold-formed and precision machined part for multiple industries and applications.

Our focus is on the production of male tube nuts or tube fittings for brake line, power steering line and other fluid transfer applications in automotive, heavy truck and industrial applications. These fittings are manufactured utilizing state-of-the-art cold forming equipment and rotary thread rolling machines. The tube nut product line is typically 100% inspected by sophisticated equipment that utilizes laser, digital camera, eddy current and other technologies to ensure the highest possible standards for product quality.

Hi-Vol Products is a pioneer in the development of sophisticated stainless steel components for high pressure direct injection fuel systems. We offer the unique combination of advanced cold forming and high precision machining to produce complicated, tight tolerance fuel system components. These components are being used increasingly on highly fuel efficient direct injection engines for automobiles. Our talented engineering group works very closely with OEMs, Tier I and Tier II suppliers to develop optimal part designs that ensure system integrity while minimizing the overall cost of assembly.
